Brian and his team did an amazing job! I bought my 1870 home almost 2 years from a flipper that cosmetically made the house look decent to a new home buyer. He gave me advice on what should be done and was affordable. He has a team full of perfectionists and nothing was completed half way. 2 years later, everything still looks perfect! And now 4 years later everything is still looking great! I have needed to use other contractors (for different projects) and none of them compare with Younger Exteriors.

After a major storm in 2023, I hired Younger Exteriors to replace the siding, roof, and gutters on my badly damaged home. They did an excellent job. The level of professionalism and communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. This was extended by the members of all three crews, the office support team, and Bill Younger. The damaged resulted in a significant amount of demolition work that required three dumpsters.
Each time the dumpsters were filled they were collected and emptied the next day. During and upon the completion of each job everything was cleaned up and kept orderly. They did such an outstanding job it was difficult to tell anything was happening. It would be difficult to express how smooth and great of an experience it was to work the Younger Exteriors team. What isn't difficult is to assure you that I was highly satisfied and would happily recommend and hire Younger Exteriors again.

The inspection of my roof was thorough and they worked well with my insurance company. This company was always on time and professional. My roof looks phenomenal. I was impressed when I received an email that my roof was registered with Owens for the shingle warranty. I also had my gutters replaced. They were done and a half of the day I have a day and it looks great. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Bob took care of our storm damage in a timely manner, his crew was on point! They did an exceptional job & cleaned up after them selves leaving me nothing to do! I cannot say enough about the top notch work performed! If needed i WILL use BOB & his crew for ALL my housing exterior projects! BOB is Extremely knowledgeable and didn't try and make me purchasge something I did not need. Bob informed me of my options & in no time they were on site repairing my investment!

I was suspicious of all the five star reviews at first, but I get it now. Immediately we liked that Brian Thole, as the manager of the project, came out himself to give us a quote instead of sending a salesman. We hired them to install a new roof, soffits (which we badly needed) and new gutters. The crews worked their asses off and Brian was very responsive throughout the whole project.
I think the pricing was fair despite some situational setbacks (we ended up needing to re-deck, ouch), and they threw in some minor additional repairs while they were at it. Brian and the owner even came out themselves to fix a small error on the garage roof one day. Happy to recommend!

I had Younger exteriors replace the roof on my house and garage. They also replaced the siding and reconfigured the gutter system so it flows into the garden instead the driveway. This will eliminate the ice on the drive in the spring. Bill was great to work with. There was no pressure when I was deciding how much work I wanted done. He answered all my questions before and during the process. I always knew what and when they were going to be doing things. They did a great job! They turned my shabby little house into an adorable home. I am so happy.

Bill and James were great to work with. Exceeded my expectations! They helped me through the process with the insurance company as it was hail damage on both roof and siding. When the materials showed up the crews were there right away and did the job quickly and clean up was perfect. No tricks or gimmicks to do up sales for extra money. His responsiveness, communication and professionalism were unparalleled. Ultimately he determined that we did not need any repair work performed. Had quite the ice dam issue on my new house, and Bill couldnt have been better! Called and had an appointment set up for the very next day. Extremely professional, friendly, on time, and very helpful with understanding some of the nuances of having an old house. You can tell he knows what hes doing. 10/10 would definitely recommend! Worth the money, as without this Id be dealing with major issues come melting time. Was very upfront and clear with the cost. Will definitely use for any exterior work moving forward!
