A registered investment adviser, Zak Investment Management Company's (ZIMCO) overriding mission is to simplify the investment process and make our customers financial lives easier. By improving the purity of the investment and customer experience, we think that we can achieve this objective. To these ends, we currently have designed ZIMCO to increase the interconnectedness of incentives between the principals of ZIMCO, our customers, and the firms that we invest in, as well as to jettison the conflicts of interest that pervade the financial services business.
