I was impressed with ZEN Windows. Besides having the best prices I could find after multiple quotes the product has been great. My sweet house was in need of some replacement windows and I was given the Name Zen Window's as a company to get a quote for this job. I was able to get the three sections ate the top of the window which fit with the date my home was built. I was also able to get textured glass on the bottom part for the windows in my bathroom. They look wonderful and easy to clean. I would recommend working with Zen Window.

Had Zen replace 14 windows on our home. Was very pleased with the look and price of the installation. House is much better sealed now and windows are easy to clean with their tilt in feature. The price was much less than Pella or Anderson so we gave there name to several people I knew who were looking at getting new windows. Would recommend Zen for any window replacement jobs.

We recently underwent window replacement by Zen Windows. They did a great job of removing the old windows and installing the new ones. We had our old single pane windows replaced with Lotus double hung double pane Windows with solar low E glass. We love them. A lot less noise from the outside. Much lower electricity bills.

I had a great experience with Zen Windows (Nashville, TN)! Brad, my main point of contact, was quick to respond, very friendly and informative. I looked at a few other companies in the area, but they all had a larger markup with longer wait times for replacement. The staff who installed my windows were very professional, quick and did an amazing job! I would definitely order more windows from Zen Window (Nashville, TN) again!

Brad's team did a window replacement on most of the windows in our house. They did fantastic work, especially with all of the aluminum flashing that had to be formed. They were very methodical with air sealing using expanding foam, and with getting everything caulked in correctly. If I ever need windows again, I will be using Zen Windows.

My window replacement from Zen was awesome. Not only were they cheaper and faster than the big guys, but they didnt upsell me and pester me or try to get me to buy something that day. They didnt even have to come to the house until the day of the install. I recommend Brad and Zen Windows to friends regularly because of how great a job they do. Five stars

Our windows were getting old and falling a part, and I decided to look into windows replacement. Zen Window will give you an out-the-door quote just by answering a few questions. They don't even have to visit your house. I liked the experience of getting a quote for the windows costs with options broken down. I also liked not having to listen and watch an in-person sales pitch in my home.
I liked being able to purchase the windows with no money down until installation. The were a few minor issues with installation, but they weren't the fault of Zen Windows. The minor issues were addressed quickly. It was a great experience overall. I felt that the window replacement was a great value too.

We searched a number of window replacement firms. Brad of Zen Windows was the most thorough in his estimate, appeared to offer several hi-quality lines and very competitive pricing. Plus, important to us, the windows are US made. We couldnt be more satisfied. The install crew was competent, speedy and did a superb job while also completely cleaning up each day. I had a very good experience with Zen Windows. The quote was easy to understand and competitive. Brad was really great and the installer was professional and cleaned up very well when he was done. All of my questions were answered and I had several of them. I got three windows and a sliding door. The windows were an unexpected purchase due to a crack in our old window, but we will certainly be using Zen to start replacing other doors and windows in the future.

After many years of wanting to replace a standard window in our kitchen with a bay window, we decided on Zen Windows. Although we never heard of this company or its products, needless to say contacting them was the best decision we made. Brad the owner/salesman, met with us and answered all our questions and concerns, showed us an example of the Zen Window product and gave us a time frame from ordering to the actual installation.
There was no high pitched sale to buy and no money required as a deposit. Once we decided to order and then when our bay window arrived, the entire install process went like clockwork. Brad was on site with his crew who were very careful to protect both the inside and outside of our home during demolition of the old window. He also kept up informed at each step in the process of the installation of the new bay window.
The end result is stunning! An unattractive, flat, dark window has now been replaced by a open and bright Zen Window. It looks great and the installation was perfect. Thanks Brad and crew. We will be back for more windows!
