Since 1982, Access Community Health Centers has addressed the financial, cultural, and language barriers that prevent access to health care. As a not-for-profit charitable organization, we supply affordable and quality primary medical, dental, and behavioral health care and pharmacy services at four locations. Working hand in hand with a host of partners, we aim to remain a vital component in Madison and Dane County's response to the significant need for affordable health care.

Other services offered by Access include: Information and referral, health benefits and community resource counseling, and bilingual staff and interpreters.

read moreAccess offers a full range of medical services at three locations in Madison from licensed and board certified doctors, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and certified nurse midwives. Pediatric services are provided for children from birth through adolescence. Regular well-child checkups include a preventive exam with education and information for parents. In addition, children receive immunizations and regular screenings, as well as an assessment from a Behavioral Health Consultant, when needed.
