S Madison Health & Family Center - Harambee is a multi-agency collaboration delivering culturally sensitive, coordinated health and education services. As one of Madison's biggest and finest-known community centers, Harambee promotes and supports the health and well being of Dane County families. Situated in S Madison, a primary focus of the center is to enlist active community participation in addressing identified health care, family support and education requirements in our community.
