Over time we evolve patterns of thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Once we become aware of these patterns, we're able to identify the strengths and resources and focus on the tools needed to make clear choices and understand our options. Every couple is different, but in general, I aim to deliver the balance and loving kindness you once had back into the relationship so that you can strengthen the bond necessary.
