The process is actually very simple. You will be given all of the information in our initial phone contact (1-818-730-2060) and you will be part of an actual group that is run on a HIPPA Compliant format. All that is required is a computer or smartphone. The actual set up will take approximately 5 minutes. We are hoping that we will be back in our office and providing face to face sessions as soon as possible!
