Bijou will showcase contemporary French/California cuisine, provided at reasonable prices, prepared by Executive Chef Christian Nam-Hee using seasonal, fresh and often locally sourced, organic ingredients. Bijou Restaurant & Bar is situated at 1036 B Street, near Main, in Hayward, California. The restaurant will be open daily for dinner from 5pm to 10pm, cocktail hours are from Monday to Friday, 4pm - 7pm and lounge hours are from Friday - Saturday, 10pm - Close.
