CMC was established in 1979, by Patricia S. Plouffe, in response to the need for career counseling in the central Massachusetts business community. Since that time we currently have worked with high tech firms, banks and other financial institutions, manufacturers, medical/health care organizations, as well as with non-profit and educational/training centers throughout the US. Whether working with individuals or groups we focus our attention on delivering solutions to confusion, obstacles and problems. Our emphasis is on care and concern when helping individuals learn how to maximize their options.
