Carollo's Meat Company was established in 1988 by the Carollo brothers. The family was not a stranger to the meat business. Their father, Anthony Carollo, was a meat cutter for many years at a prominent Kansas City meat firm after immigrating to the US. Before retiring, Anthony instilled the trade of quality meat cutting to his sons. Today, Sal and Mike run the daily operation and administration of their USDA inspected facility. Their brothers, Frank and John, are important assets to the family business.
