Cartoon Cuts

Cartoon Cuts is a wonderful success story. Founders, Kathleen and Rick Perkal, saw a need for a hair salon that catered to kids. Having two sons of their own at the time, a visit to a local salon proved challenging. Both boys were determined that they were not going to get a haircut that day. Kathleen convinced them that if they sat still they could be transformed into Batman and Superman. Well, that worked. Both Rick and Kathleen knew they were onto something promising. Relying on their strong entrepreneurial spirit, they started to research local salons and interview parents.
