Clients are assisted as they return to the community following hospitalization, and support and discharge planning is provided while clients are still hospitalized. The program helps consumers learn what is needed to successfully manage symptoms and obtain entitlements, education, and employment. Case Management links consumers to all available and relevant services and helps them advocate for themselves whenever necessary and possible.

read moreThe Team Time Social Club provides psychosocial rehabilitation services to individuals in recovery from mental health and/or substance use. Members can build their social skills by attending groups, community activities, advocacy events, and one-on-one meetings with social club staff. Members attend programming on days they choose, and are required to attend programming at least one day per month to keep their membership active. Rehabilitation counselors are available to provide assistance during hours of operation.

read moreAIOP provides behavioral health services to those individuals with serious mental illness and substance abuse. The program runs for 4 hours a day, minimum 3 days a week, and is offered to those individuals who would benefit from a structured treatment setting. The IOP focus is to reduce symptoms, improve overall functioning, prevent loss of independent or supportive living arrangements, prevent relapse and/or reduce substance use, and avoid hospitalization. Services are provided according to a treatment plan developed by the client with his or her clinician and psychiatrist.

read moreIACTT is a 12-bed supervised, congregate site apartment program. Staff support is provided in the agency-owned apartment building on a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week basis. The IACTT program consists of 3 two-bedroom apartments, 3 single bedroom apartments and 3 efficiencies. IACTT utilizes on-site intensive case management services to support individuals in areas of daily living, including money management, personal care, cooking, housekeeping, and socialization skills. Residents learn effective ways to cope with their feelings and manage their symptoms while in a supportive environment.

The counseling program is staffed by licensed marriage and family therapists, social workers, and counselors, as well as board certified psychiatrists and APRN's. The Family Based Recovery Program is an in home service program which provides family recovery and substance abuse treatment to families who have identified substance abuse issues and a child(ren) up to 3 years old in the home.
