Central Naugatuck Valley Help. Since 1970, Central Naugatuck Valley Help. Has been providing individuals in need of recovery a domestic setting where they can begin to change. We started with a tiny network of individuals and families in Waterbury that needed support to overcome addictions. Central Naugatuck Valley Help has expanded to become a human services agency comprised of sixty five full time team and seven distinct programs. We provide mental health and addiction services funded through the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services.
