She is a member of Bay East, Santa Clara, National Association of Realtor. Kathy is married and the mother of two kids in the Warm Springs area of Fremont for a number of years. She now resides in San Ramon. She speaks fluent Mandarin and English. She owns investment property and is knowledgeable about 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges.
