It is a normal for all people to experience some degree of anxiety in their everyday lives. A certain level of anxiety is healthy for all people - it teaches one how to cope with difficult situations. It is only when anxiety becomes extreme - an irrational fear of daily situations - that it may be considered a disorder and it may need to be treated. Anxiety exists in three forms: mild anxiety, moderate anxiety, and severe anxiety.
