Family Health & Rehab Center

The Family Health & Rehabilitation Center is an exceptional Skilled Nursing Facility, designed to give each resident a sense of home and independence. Unlike traditional Skilled Nursing settings that have long double loaded corridors, the Family Health & Rehabilitation Center is built much more like one's own home, where bedrooms are situated short distances from the living and dining areas. The center features four houses each with 16 private roomsfor a total of 64 rooms. Each house has its own dedicated team, living area, dining room and kitchen.
