Mennonite Housing Rehabilitation Services. Is for people who can not obtain home repair or decent housing in any other way. For over twenty five years, our organization has been delivering affordable housing options for the low-income and elderly residents of Wichita, Kansas. During its history, Mennonite Housing has built 100's of new houses and repaired 1000's of older homes. In 1975, local Mennonite Churches had a vision for making the world better for senior citizens on fixed incomes by repairing homes of elderly people no longer able to do so themselves.

What We Do

Property Management - Mennonite Housing manages rental properties in Kansas for seniors (55+), families and individuals with special needs whose incomes are below 60% of area median income. Home Ownership - Mennonite Housing builds new homes for homebuyers whose incomes are below 80% of area median. Mennonite Housing works with prospective customers to help them qualify for permanent financing and for grant funding from the City of Wichita.
