Integrated Fitness is a complete fitness facility, which includes physical therapy, so we train people from injury to high functioning athletic performance. We specialize in personalized programming. Our private facility is the only well equipped Pilates Studio in Visalia, serving the central valley since 2003. We feature Balanced Body Pilates equipment which includes Reformers, Rehab Reformers, Cadillac, Stability Chairs, and the Ladder Barrel. We have smaller mat equipment such as balls, bands, magic circles, foam rolls, and bosu.
