Final Walk Through Inspection - I inspect your home the same day you'll be walking through with the builder. I supply you with documentation of any issues I find needing to be addressed with the builder, saving you time during your walk through. This gives you more time to address any cosmetic issues that you may find with the builder. called an eleventh Month Warranty Inspection - I inspect your home while it is still under the builders warranty. I'll point out to you any issues I find and supply you a report that you can present to the builder so that the bulider can create the needed repairs.
