Mark Timpani
Real Estate Inspector in Tucson, AZ
If you are building a new home, we highly recommend a Pre- closing inspection before you close. The builder sometimes calls the final walk-around with you an inspection. It is not an inspection. It is mainly a review to show you how things operate. We inspect over 400 items which takes about 2-3 hours. The builders sometimes say that you'll not need an inspection because they inspect it during the walk-around, this truly is not the case.

I founded Pride Property Inspections in 2004 with the intention of demystifying the property-inspection experience. During my residential and commercial inspections across the Southwest, I aim to educate my clients so they understand the exact state of their properties. Nothing escapes my keen eye -- I call attention to everything from small hazards to major structural defects.
