Love Boat Sushi

Love Boat Sushi is run and run by the Pyo family - James, and wife, Jenny. At 19, James began working in his family's seafood restaurant, where he learned 1st-hand the many different ways to prepare fish - baked, steamed, raw, and live. Six years later, James and his brother, Sam, moved to Southern California in pursuit of the American Dream. Together, they opened their 1st sushi restaurant in Temecula, the Love Boat Sushi Bar. Soon thereafter, they sold the successful restaurant and went their separate ways.
