From 1965 through 1984, the lost his mother and grandfather. After being born again and filled with the Holy Spirit in 1984, he received the Five-Fold presents of the ministry (Ephesians 4:11-12) In 1996, he led a spiritual warfare staff that was established to pray for Congress while in session in Washington, DC during the Clinton administration. Pastor James led the prayer group that prayed for Judge Ray Moore during the turmoil involving the Ten Commandments.
