Menaka Sanwal - Certified Personal Trainer

I am a Personal Trainer who works exclusively with private customers in the downtown Jersey City (e.g. Paulus Hook, PAD, Newport Pavonia) and Hoboken area. I specialize in training women and have worked with customers of all fitness levels and ages. My goal is to keep customers motivated by making each workout unique, challenging and fun! Prior to being a Personal Trainer, I worked in the fashion industry both as a Buyer and a Planner. Although I was doing well professionally, I didn't have a true passion for working within the fashion industry.
