As a leader and advocate in the fitness community in the areas of spinning, individual training and group exercise, it is my responsibility and duty to establish programs and an interest in special populations and realistic adherence programs. These programs include non-traditional individual training with the use of integrated web-based exercise support, youth and sports specific strength training, childhood obesity prevention and weight loss adherence. I'm a group exercise instructor at several facilities in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Gurnee, IL.
