You need to be aerobic about this. 3-4 days a week, you need to pick an activity that is aerobic. It can be anything that you want. X-country skiing, swimming, jogging, walking. Tha's up to you! I recommend that you combine that work out with a bit of weight training. Since your mission is to lose it, weight lifting should be secondary. Weightlifing builds fat burning enzymes. This means, the more fat burning enzymes you have, the better the fat will start to burn. Fat cells don't dissapear, they only shrink, remember that! Your not losing the fat, your making the fat cells smaller! Anyways, try that.
