Rubber Soul Yoga

Rubber Soul Yoga offers mind-body counseling by social worker and certified yoga teacher Kate Morrissey Stahl. A personalized counseling plan will be worked out with each person, but in general, the work could include yoga and meditation in addition to more traditional psychotherapeutic techniques. The cost is $25 per hour, and sessions will be held both in the yoga studio and in a conference room in another part of the Leathers Building. Kate believes that therapy is not only for people who are in serious crisis.
