Dr. Knopf is the principal of Silverado Equine and has spent her life pursuing her passion for horses. She is from the Napa Valley where she achieved the H-A rating in the United States Pony Clubs, competed nationally and internationally in jumpers and was the captain of the Women's polo team for Westmont College.
