read moreContactless Private Sessions are still available as an option. You'll be in the Pilates Studio and your teacher will be in the back office conducting your session over Zoom. No contact so you can breath easy. Our Private Studio Experience is perfect if you don't have a Reformer at home and want to work out a couple times a week on a set schedule, but privates won't work for you. If you feel confident to workout with a pre-recorded video, this option provides a risk free environment for you to workout in using Studio equipment.

New to the Studio but not New to Pilates? If you have prior Pilates experience, you can try our 5 Pilates Reformer Classes Package to get you started with your Pilates Practice.
