Thomas J. Cesta

William is an Arizona native, born and raised in Mesa, Arizona, having attended Westwood High School and Arizona State University. William is married to the former Kristy Dennison. Following high school, William served as a missionary for the LDS Church in Rostov-Na-Donu, Russia. Upon return from his service as a missionary William completed his formal education. While attending ASU as an undergraduate William was selected by Prof. Pat McGowan to be a Junior Fellow in the Political Science Department. While a Junior Fellow, William assisted Prof. McGowan by collecting data on military coup d'tats in Sub-Saharan Africa.
