The mission of the Milwaukee County Federated Library System (MCFLS) shall be to assume a leadership role in facilitating cooperation among its member libraries, improving access to and encouraging sharing of resources, promoting the most efficient use of local, county, state and federal funds and assisting member libraries in the utilization of current and evolving technologies to supply the best possible level of library solution to all residents of Milwaukee County.
