When should I reserve rental items?
Reserve as soon as possible to ensure availability. First-come access requires 50% deposit and signed agreement to secure items for your event date.
How do I make a rental reservation?
Contact our event specialists via phone, email, or in-person visits. Provide driver's license details, contact information, and 50% deposit to establish your reservation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, checks, cash, and ACH transfers. Payments can be made in person, over the phone, or through mail/email correspondence.
Can I visit your showroom?
Yes! Our showroom and design room are available Monday-Friday 9-5. Schedule a visit to explore our inventory and work with design specialists.
Do you deliver and pick up rentals?
Yes, we provide delivery and pickup services. Schedule preferred time windows during reservation, with final two-hour windows confirmed the week of your event.
What's your cancellation policy?
50% deposit is non-refundable. Any payments exceeding this amount are refundable until one week before your event date.
