Since 1967, we have been the only authentic French bakery in Acadiana, preserving traditional French baking techniques while embracing local culture. Our family-owned business was founded by Mr. Francois Poupart, a Paris-trained pastry chef, and continues today under the leadership of his son, Patrick Jean Marie Poupart. We specialize in Old World French breads, pastries, and savory dishes, using recipes passed down through generations.
