Metropolitan Laundromat

Metropolitan Laundromat was founded in 2005 with a vision to redefine laundromat standards through innovation and customer-centric design. Our facility features state-of-the-art, environmentally friendly machines that deliver faster, more efficient results while significantly reducing water consumption. We prioritize creating a welcoming atmosphere with amenities like comfortable seating, live plants, and entertainment options to enhance the customer experience. Our dedicated team provides professional drop-off and dry-cleaning services, contributing to rapid growth through word-of-mouth referrals and positive reviews. We specialize in organic dry cleaning using Gen X technology, offering competitive pricing and next-day service for weekday drop-offs. Our commitment to quality includes stain removal efforts and personalized attention to special laundry needs like delicate fabrics or color-fastness concerns.

Located in East Cambridge, we serve both residential and commercial clients with flexible hours, including extended weekday evenings and weekend availability. We maintain transparency about service limitations, clearly communicating policies regarding unclaimed items and post-departure liability. Our founders, Adir and Jackson, remain actively involved in operations, ensuring consistent adherence to our founding principles of excellence and customer satisfaction. With over 18 years of service, we continue to refine our processes while maintaining the community-focused values that established our reputation.
