Welcome to Community Baptist Church
Community Baptist Church has been a spiritual cornerstone since 1948, dedicated to sharing Christ's love, serving our diverse community, and developing committed followers of Jesus. Our multi-lingual approach with Cantonese, English, and Mandarin services reflects our commitment to inclusivity and cultural relevance. Founded by Margarita Lake 'Mother' Garton, we've grown from a small congregation to a vibrant community reaching across generations and backgrounds. Our core beliefs center on biblical authority, the Trinity, salvation through Christ, and the Great Commission.Through weekly worship, small groups, and outreach programs, we strive to embody genuine love, compassionate service, and faithful discipleship. Our history of innovation includes pioneering Cantonese and Mandarin ministries to better serve the Bay Area's evolving needs. Today, we continue this legacy through dynamic pastoral leadership and community engagement initiatives that address both spiritual and practical needs.
