Yes, all rentals include professional setup and takedown by our trained staff. Standard delivery hours are 9AM-7PM with optional extended service available.
Are entertainers included with rentals?
Entertainers are available separately. Our characters, face painters, and game hosts can be booked to complement rental equipment for complete event packages.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (with 3% convenience fee), checks, and cash. Deposits secure bookings with flexible payment options for remaining balances.
What happens if weather changes?
We monitor weather conditions and offer alternatives for extreme heat. Equipment must be under shade when temperatures exceed 100°F for safety compliance.
