We provide comprehensive gage calibration services including working plug and ring gages. Failed gages can be restored through the HEMCO Gage Saver program, returning them to original specifications with long-form certification. Optical Comparator Service

Special Tooling Design
Design and manufacture of custom tooling solutions including solid carbide and HSS round tools, form tools, coolant-fed carbide reamers, and indexable carbide inserts. We also provide sharpening and recoating services for existing tooling.
