Mobile Music Teachers was founded by LeAnn and Ben Parker to provide accessible, high-quality music education in the comfort of students' homes. With over a decade of service in Kansas City, we combine our deep musical expertise and commitment to personalized learning to serve families across all skill levels and age groups. Our team of highly qualified instructors holds degrees in music education and performance, ensuring students receive instruction rooted in both technical proficiency and creative expression. Our unique matching process connects students with teachers whose styles and specialties align with their goals, fostering meaningful, long-term learning relationships.

We offer recital opportunities and performance-focused training to build confidence and showcase student achievements. As active members of the Kansas City music community, we maintain partnerships with local symphonies and educational institutions to enhance our offerings. Our administrative support handles scheduling, payments, and logistics, allowing teachers to focus entirely on instruction. We maintain rigorous safety standards through background checks and require adult supervision during lessons to ensure a secure environment for all participants. We offer acoustic, electric, and classical guitar instruction for ages six and up. Our curriculum covers chord progressions, fingerpicking techniques, and genre-specific styles. Students learn proper posture and instrument care while developing their musical preferences through tailored lesson plans.
Voice Training
Our voice lessons teach proper breath support, vocal resonance, and healthy singing techniques. Instructors customize lessons for different voice types and musical genres, with age-appropriate approaches for children as young as five through adult learners.
Drum Lessons
We provide drum-set instruction for ages twelve and older, along with hand percussion options for younger students. Lessons include rhythm development, rudiments, and ensemble playing techniques using practice pads and acoustic/electric drum kits.
