Kenpo Karate Instruction for All Ages in Arizona
Since 1986, Team USA Martial Arts has been dedicated to teaching Kenpo Karate and martial arts principles. Founded by Kyoshi Fred DePalma, a 9th-degree black belt with over 700 trophies and awards, our organization began in Connecticut before expanding to Arizona in 1992. We operate multiple locations across Arizona, offering structured programs for students of all ages, from Lil' Dragons (ages 3.5-6) to adults. Our curriculum emphasizes self-defense techniques, forms (kata), and sparring (kumite) while fostering mental discipline and physical fitness. Our certified instructors, many of whom have trained extensively in competitive environments, guide students through a systematic belt progression system toward black belt mastery. We prioritize adapting techniques to individual needs while maintaining Kenpo's core principles of efficiency and creativity. With decades of combined experience, our team focuses on developing character, confidence, and self-awareness through martial arts education. We maintain strong community ties through affiliated schools and regular belt examination events.
