Max Callahan, technician, is detail oriented & provides excellent service! Evaluated our gas fireplace, checked the tanks and determined what was needed. Explained to us what the solution was and the estimate for fixing. Our fireplace looks brand new and burns beautifully. He helped us understand the care needed going forward. A bonus was his manager, Rick accompanied him. Rick partnered with Max and assisted when needed.
He took a call from another technician who needed assistance and his manner in which he responded was one of a mentor and leader. Great team!! We highly recommend this company and will use them again should we need to!
