Services
Rug Cleaning
Our comprehensive rug cleaning combines advanced technology with artisan techniques. Each rug undergoes a 12-step process including pre-inspection, dust removal, pH balancing, and specialized rinsing. We use biodegradable detergents and controlled drying environments to prevent shrinkage. Certified technicians handle wool, silk, and synthetic fibers with appropriate methods, ensuring 30,000+ rugs annually receive optimal care while maintaining 87% repeat customer satisfaction.
Rug Repair
Our master weavers specialize in antique rug restoration and modern rug repairs. Services include fringe replacement, moth damage repair, and foundation reinforcement. We maintain original weaving patterns while using matching materials. The process preserves historical value while extending rug lifespan, with specialists handling both structural and decorative repairs for Persian, Aubusson, and Savonnerie styles.
Stain Removal
We address urgent stains from pet accidents, floods, and spills using immediate-response protocols. Technicians photograph damage, apply targeted treatments, and employ pH-neutral solutions to prevent fiber degradation. The process includes odor elimination and moisture extraction to prevent mold growth, with same-day service available for critical situations affecting valuable textiles.
Fiber-Guard Application
This EPA-registered protectant creates an invisible barrier against spills and soil. Applied during finishing stages, it bonds with fibers without altering texture or appearance. The treatment resists oil and water-based stains while maintaining WoolSafe certification standards, extending time between cleanings and preserving rug appearance in high-traffic areas.
Moth Removal
Our chemical-free process uses sub-zero freezing technology to eliminate all life stages of moths. Rugs undergo three-day freezing cycles followed by deep cleaning and re-inspection. The two-phase treatment ensures complete eradication of eggs and larvae, protecting fibers from future damage while maintaining the structural integrity of delicate textiles.
