Greens performed brilliantly. They worked with my schedule to send a repair person ASAP. Max Kouznetsov, the technician explained the work to me in nontechnical language and completed it efficiently despite needing to wait for a part which Greens delivered to him while he was on site. A most satisfactory experience!

I woke Tuesday morning to find our air conditioner was not working. After doing some quick investigating on my own, prior to leaving for work, I discovered that the fan on the outside condenser unit was not working while the air handler was still blowing warm inside. We did not have an established service company, and I quickly found that most companies were not taking new customers. Feeling frustrated, I finally found Greens and I couldn't be happier!
Not only did they gladly accept us, but they came the same day and had our AC running by 3pm.. I did everything by phone, and, regrettably did not get the technicians name, but he was awesome and my wife, who works from home, was very happy, too. Thank you for a great experience in a time where that is hard to find. We look forward to being customers for a long time coming.

Greens has been providing our AC maintenance since we bought iur home (2017) and did our replacement in 2018. they've always provided provided professional, ontime service and I've never had a less than stellar interaction with anyone on their team.

This morning, I was upset, frustrated and HOT.. I work from my home office and my A/C was not working. I am not an irrational person nor do I want to get people in trouble and moreover, I don't care about being right, I care about being heard. That said, I have to thanks Jason Giuliani and Greens for making me change my mind. They managed to get someone in to fix my A/C today they provided options to prevent this from happening again. So, what started off as a frustrating day, eventually got fixed. Thanks Jason, Thanks Greens.
