Do you accept insurance for medical massage therapy?
Most flex spending accounts cover therapeutic massage. Payment is due at service with reimbursement available through health insurance plans requiring a doctor's prescription.
What is your cancellation policy?
No-shows and late cancellations (after 7:45pm weekdays/4:45pm Saturdays) incur full charges. Appointments can be rescheduled by business day closure prior to scheduled time.
Are gift certificates refundable?
Gift certificates expire after one year but may be extended with written request. Non-refundable but transferable to other clients.
Do you offer couples massage sessions?
Yes, we provide side-by-side massage sessions for couples in the same room with two therapists available for 60 or 90-minute durations.
