Services
Swedish Massage
Swedish massage uses firm yet gentle pressure to improve circulation, ease muscle tension, and promote relaxation. This foundational technique incorporates long strokes, kneading, and rhythmic tapping to enhance flexibility and reduce stress. Ideal for first-time clients seeking general relaxation and wellness maintenance.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage targets chronic muscle tension through focused pressure on deeper muscle layers. Therapists use slow strokes and deep finger pressure to address knots and muscle adhesions. This treatment helps alleviate chronic pain, improve posture, and accelerate recovery from muscle injuries.
European Facial
European facials include cleansing, steaming, light massage, and customized masks for skin type. This 60-minute treatment addresses general skin health with extractions included for pore clarity. Suitable for all skin types seeking basic maintenance and rejuvenation.
Sports Massage
Sports massage focuses on specific muscle groups used in athletic activities. This targeted therapy prevents injuries, reduces muscle fatigue, and enhances athletic performance through specialized techniques. Recommended for active individuals and professional athletes seeking recovery support.
Hot Stone Therapy
Hot stone therapy uses heated basalt stones to relax muscles and improve circulation. Therapists place stones on key body points while incorporating them into massage strokes. This treatment combines deep heat penetration with therapeutic pressure to relieve chronic tension and promote energy flow.
