Phil Hoffman has dedicated his life to serving the people of Michigan. Before politics, he spent eight years in law enforcement, both as a deputy sheriff and undercover narcotics investigator. In 1982 he won election to the House, where he served for ten years, followed by 10 more years in the Senate.
