Rob was great-when we had a leak in our roof, he came out quickly to inspect our dance studio for signs of mold. He was speedy and professional, and when he found no evidence of mold, he did not charge us for his time. We will definitely call him again if we need a mold inspection

Luis came to our house at 10 pm in the pouring rain during a super busy time. No other company would even talk to us due to the high amount of flooding in the area. He surveyed our basement flooding situation, helped us get a pool table on blocks, gave us tips for mitigating damage, and called us back the next day when he had a cleanup team available.

What an amazing human! He could have put us on a waitlist, but he truly wanted to help, and he expected nothing in return for that visit. We will keep this number on speed dial for future situations. Give this company your business, please!

I highly recommend 1-800 Water Damage. They demonstrated through their transparency, timeliness, work quality and communication that they are a company that cares about their customer satisfaction. Due to the low temperatures, one of the pipes of a shower valve burst due to freezing. I was out of the country when I found out that my basement had flooded and the water had ruined many of the walls and flooring in various parts of the house.

For this reason I was no present during the mitigation process. However, as soon as I contacted Luis, the operations manager, and we spoke through the phone, he got his crew in my house that day late at night at around 10pm. This gave me assurance that more damage would be prevented. Luis explained to me in detail the mitigation process which consisted of tearing down affected walls and installing fans and dehumidifiers to lower the moisture levels and prevent mold build-up. Mara, who also works at the company, also communicated with me constantly, updating me on the process and they things I needed to take care of on my side, such as communicating with my home insurance. Promptly after the completion of the mitigation process, Luis and Mara brought one of their partner contractors to begin the reconstruction of the basement.

The reconstruction was completed promptly and the quality of the work was above my expectations. Overall, Luis and Mara gave me the assurance that a customer needs to know that in emergencies as this, my house was going to be taken care of and reconstructed to its initial state. Luis and Mara helped communicating with my home insurance effectively, which made the process smooth having prompt insurance approvals due to their detailed work estimates.

I am highly grateful and happy for their work and communication that they provided in that stressful situation. I strongly recommend their services, you will be in good hands!

We had a flooded basement with all the rain that we've had in Colorado the past month and a half. We thought that we could handle the mitigation all by ourselves, but we needed to call in for help. They came in, they worked hard for two days, and they cleaned up all of their mess before they left! We received detailed pictures of what was going on behind our walls too! When the city sewer main backed up into my Englewood home basement, it was no small event! Luis and his crew responded immediately and did an incredible, professional job taking care of a huge clean-up. They worked with me as I dealt with insurances and were very responsive. I don't live in Colorado anymore so having a professional with excellent communication was really helpful for me! They even gave me a 67 page document with all they did, with photos and everything. amazing! Thanks for doing great work!

Second five start thumbs up for Geoff and Beth (AKA Betty). The plumbers came out after 1-800 Water Damage of South Denver did a great job of cleaning up our crawl space. The plumbers fixed the broken sewer pipe but left new puddles and remnants of the repair. I called Geoff on the eve of the big snow storm. His team was scattered across the city. Geoff was onsite within an hour and an hour later there was no signs that the show before the storm ever happened. Thank you again Geoff and Betty great job. Beth and Geoff were great. Responsive team of professionals. Showed up quickly to respond to a water meter break and were able to assess the damage easily. They also recommended a quality restorer who came out the next week to stretch the carpet and repaint/replace the base boards. They turned a bad situation into a pleasant experience. I can not express the gratitude I have for 1-800 WATER DAMAGE! From the moment I spoke to Betty in a panic over the phone as I was managing a frozen pipe leak in a home I was caring for in Boulder in February, mind you from San Diego. Betty went above and beyond to ease my tensions and got right to work to help get staff out to the property to access the damage.

The whole team was responsive and professional. Geoff, Luis and Betty are amazing humans. Thank you to all of your team including those that worked behind the scenes during the demo and came out on a Sunday to continue monitoring the drying process. Great experience with 1800 Water Damage. Luis called me back immediately and was a trust worthy and consummate professional throughout the process taking the time to answer all my questions. They came to my house quickly to get the process started and returned later that day to install additional necessary equipment. Their quick and diligent work saved my hardwood floors!
