A Step Above Dance & Music Academy provides its students with self-confidence and feelings of accomplishment through excellent training in all areas of dance and music. Director Tamra Bisbee McKittrick teaches with a faculty of highly-trained and caring teachers who are looking forward to helping you and your child develop a lifelong respect and appreciation for the performing arts.

read moreA Step Above Dance & Music Academy's School Year Tuition Option must be chosen at the time of registration. We accept cash, checks, master card and visa. We divide our annual tuition into equal monthly to make the payment the same each time. Therefore, some months may be longer or shorter but we do not adjust the tuition because it evens out. Company rehearsals, private classes, madtown hip hop crews and the unlimited dance pass are considered special classes and are not eligible for multiple class discounts.

read moreDancerGarten classes are for kids 2-4 years old who may not be ready for a full school year of classes. DancerGarten runs for an 8 week session and will not perform in our annual spring performance. This class will teach basic dance movement with a different preschool theme each week. If there is a class you are interested in but it is full, please contact our office and we will let you know what your options are. Sometimes we have dancers who want to change classes or are dropping but that is not reflected on the website.
