Patients will be charged a cancellation fee of $65 for the first missed appointment or an appointment that is rescheduled or canceled without required notice. Patients will be charged in full for all subsequent missed appointments or appointments that are cancelled without required notice. At or after the third consecutive reschedule/cancallation the full fee may apply. This practice is required to provide our patients with notice of our privacy practices with respect to your protected personal information collected from this website.

read moreOn your first visit to Abundant Spring, we will spend nearly an hour going over your complete health history. Feel free to bring your spouse or partner along to this first meeting. To help us serve you most efficiently, please completely fill out the intake forms prior to your appointment time so we will have more time to discuss your situation at length. We provide forms for both women and men. We also recommend that you bring any medical charts, lab results for hormone and blood panels, and Basal Body Temperature charts you already have to this initial appointment.
