The Academy of Hair Design is devoted to the training of competent cosmetologist, barbers and instructors. We aim to set ourselves apart from all other beauty schools - the aim of our training programs is to not only pass the required State Board examination, but to participate in intensive training and study so that upon graduation, students can enter successfully into his/her chosen profession. Yes, you will learn about cutting hair, but you will also be required to learn about coloring, perming, chemical hair relaxing, and much, much more. The Academy of Hair Design provides a total educational experience. Our schools offer both day and evening classes. Classes are set up consisting of an average of 25 hours per week. In this day and age, most students have to rely on some type of work to help support them while they are receiving his/her education.
