
There is a specific purpose with each workout and each day will bring something new. The workouts will range from a non-stop heart pounding workout, to days where you'll get more rest and work on your top-end speed, while other days we'll work on your explosiveness and acceleration. We'll focus on correct running form, give you a great warm-up routine to take with you, and much more! All of this with the end result being a more explosive, faster athlete that will be capable to achieve better results in their respective sports!
