Martial Arts Club in Vista, CA Aikido is a non-violent, non-aggressive, non-competitive Japanese martial art that promotes a spirit of harmonious cooperation, individual development, and character refinement. Aikido was established and developed by Morihei Ueshiba (1883-1969) in the early part of the twentieth century. O'Sensei (Great Teacher) as he is called, was an extraordinary swordsman and Jujitsu specialist who earned a reputation of being virtually unbeatable. Despite this achievement, he was profoundly troubled with a conflict between his martial skills and his spiritual training.

Our Chief Instructor is Ken MacBeth a 6th degree black belt, his dynamic teaching style has been developed over the last 40 yrs. This is open to the public, please come join us, try something different for the New Year. There are no fee's attached to this program, please bring comfortable work out clothing.
